Plug-in Postprocessor

The standard version of NestMaster contains outputs to plotters and CNC-cutters. The Postprocessor plug-in expands these possibilities and manages to optimize data for the CNC-cutter, so that the pieces would be produced in the as highest quality as possible. When setting the amount of influencing parameters, it is also possible to markedly shorten the time for preparation of pieces and increase the overall capacity of a cutting room. As a part of the plug-in, there are profiles prepared for the mostly used types of CNC-cutters. Other profiles can be created user-friendly according to the type of material, sizes of pieces and markers or according to the type of a manufacturing job-order.

This plug-in also includes cutting simulation module. It is an ideal accessory for NestMaster to a CNC-cutter for automatic cutting of pieces. It enables to try if the pieces are well prepared or if the cutting parameters are set well even before cutting the pieces from material. The risk of producing wrong pieces or the risk of material demaging is minimized. The cutting simulation module also enables to determine the time consumption of a manufacturing job-order in advance and this information is used as a basis for production planning. It is possible to check and eventually change the optimization parameters for cutting data preparation after the simulation process.
