Plug-in Camera

During a high level of automation of heterogeneous materials, such as leather or textile material with a pattern, it is necessary to leave the interactive nesting of pieces by an operator on the module AutoNest. In that case is necessary to obtain the real shape of material. A method of scanning a picture with a digital camera is used for this. The Camera plug-in automatically converts the picture obtained from the camera into a vector form necessary for automatic nesting of pieces. It enables to set the conversion parameters in a way, so that the scanning could be done even when the light conditions on a workplace change or when the color of material changes.
