Plug-in Projection

At heterogeneous surface materials, such as leather or textile material with a pattern, it is necessary to nest pieces with a projection. Therefore, an operator places the pieces, respecting the quality and character of material, in place where the actual position of the piece is projected. The Projection plug-in is installed directly on a CNC-cutter and cooperates with it very closely. The system of projectors and mirrors can be precisely calibrated to reach top quality of products. It is possible to set colors of projected objects or switch over between various color schemes to reach the best projection on dark and light materials.
